Art Event & Vendor Applications

Application Process:


1. Application fee - $15.00

2. Payment of fee does not guarantee acceptance for participation

3. Complete application form with payment, provide social media and website.

        ***At least one is required***

4. Application deadline April 30, 2025 or until all slots are filled, whichever comes first.

5. Upon acceptance, you will be emailed an invoice for the event fee of $30.00 (Food Trucks are charged $85.00)

6. Final payment deadline is 48 hours within acceptance notification. Any fees not submitted on or before this date, will forfeit their spot in the event. If payment is not received within 48 hours we will offer the spot to the next accepted vendor.

7. Agree to terms and guidelines for the event prior to payment. Read Terms and Guidelines here

All vendors participating in the sale of art and handmade crafts are required to personally create the items they offer.
